As America marked Labor Day on Monday British supermodel Naomi Campbell joined fellow visitors to the exclusive Long Island summer colony of The Hamptons, known as a playground for the rich and famous, for a day of equine action at the Classic Horse Show.

Cool in a hat and summery white dress, the Streatham-born beauty chatted with friends as she watched the Bridgehampton Grand Prix, which signals the end of the summer season.

Also making the most of the last official days of summer was mother and daughter team Christie Brinkley and Alexa Ray Joel, the model’s child with musician Billie Joel.

Other famous faces attending the event included Ivana Trump, Kelly Klein – Calvin Klein’s ex – and Alec Baldwin.
